Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 31 October 2026
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Volcano Ads website and the Volcano Ads advertising platform, both operated by TCI Holdings Group. Please read them carefully — they include important provisions about cryptocurrency deposits, the content you may advertise, and the limits on our liability.
1.Who we are and what these terms cover
Volcano Ads is an advertising platform operated by TCI Holdings Group (“TCI Holdings Group”, “we”, “us” or “our”), [registered office address].
These Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”) are a single agreement that governs both:
- the public Volcano Ads website, including its landing pages and any content we publish there (the “Website”); and
- the Volcano Ads advertising platform and account dashboard, including campaign creation, wallet funding, reporting and all related tools and APIs (the “Platform”).
Together, the Website and the Platform are the “Services”. By browsing the Website, creating an account, ticking the acceptance box at sign-up, depositing funds or launching a campaign, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data and forms part of these Terms.
2.Eligibility
The Services are for business use by advertisers, affiliates and agencies. By using them you confirm that:
- you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live, if higher);
- you are using the Services on behalf of a business and have authority to bind that business to these Terms;
- you and your business are not located in, or ordinarily resident in, a country or territory subject to comprehensive sanctions, and are not listed on any sanctions or restricted-party list;
- you have not previously been suspended or removed from the Services.
We may ask for information verifying your identity, your business or the source of funds at any time, and may refuse, suspend or close an account if that information is not provided or is unsatisfactory.
3.Your account
To use the Platform you must create an account with accurate and complete details, including your name, email address, phone number, company name and Telegram ID, and keep them up to date.
You are responsible for everything that happens under your account. Keep your password confidential, do not share your login, and tell us immediately at the support address below if you suspect unauthorised access. We are not liable for loss caused by someone using your credentials, unless caused by our own breach of these Terms.
One account per legal entity. Creating multiple accounts to evade limits, restrictions or a previous suspension is prohibited.
Some accounts are administered by our staff (“admin” access). Administrators may view and correct campaign, report and account data for operational, billing and compliance purposes.
4.Prepaid balance and cryptocurrency deposits
The Platform runs on a prepaid balance. You fund it by transferring supported cryptocurrency (currently USDT on the Ethereum, BSC, Polygon, Arbitrum and Optimism networks) to the deposit address shown in your account. Campaign spend is deducted from that balance as campaigns are launched and deliver.
Deposits:
- Send only the supported token on the network you selected in the Platform. Funds sent as a different token, on a different network, or to a different address cannot be recovered by us and will be lost.
- A deposit is credited only after we verify the transaction on the relevant public blockchain. Deposits are normally credited within 60 minutes of on-chain confirmation; network congestion or insufficient confirmations can delay this.
- The amount credited is the amount actually delivered on-chain, converted to your account currency at the rate applied by the Platform at the time of verification, net of any network fees. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are shown in the Platform and may change.
- You are responsible for all network (“gas”) fees and for any taxes arising from your deposits.
Your balance is a prepaid credit for advertising services. It is not a deposit account, e-money, an investment or a stored-value product; it earns no interest and is not insured.
Refunds. Spend already committed to launched campaigns is non-refundable. You may request a refund of unused balance in writing; refunds are made at our reasonable discretion, in the cryptocurrency and to the wallet address from which the funds were originally sent, net of network fees and any amounts owed to us, and may be subject to identity and source-of-funds checks. We may refuse a refund where we reasonably suspect fraud, money laundering, sanctions breaches or a breach of these Terms.
Chargebacks and reversals are not possible for cryptocurrency transactions. We are not responsible for errors in the sending wallet, blockchain forks, reorganisations or failures of third-party networks.
5.Campaigns, pricing and delivery
You create campaigns in the Platform by selecting a format (such as Telegram Ads, the Specialized User Bundle or Social Marketing), a traffic preset, targeting (countries, devices, browsers), budgets (CPA goal, daily spend limit, total budget), a schedule and the destination URL. You are responsible for every setting you choose.
Pricing is shown in the Platform at the time you build a campaign and may vary by format, traffic preset and targeting. Launching a campaign reserves its total budget from your balance. Where a campaign is paused, completed or removed with unspent budget, the unspent portion is returned to your balance.
We will use reasonable efforts to deliver campaigns in line with their settings, but delivery depends on third-party networks, publishers, channels and user behaviour that we do not control. We do not guarantee any volume, placement, position, click-through rate, conversion rate, cost per action, revenue or other result.
We may review, reject, pause, limit or remove any campaign, creative or destination at any time, including after launch, where we believe it breaches these Terms, the policies of a network or partner we deliver through, or applicable law, or where it is causing technical or reputational harm. We will tell you where we reasonably can.
6.Advertiser responsibilities and acceptable content
You are solely responsible for your campaigns, creatives, landing pages, offers and products, and for everything that happens on your destination URLs. You confirm that for every campaign you run:
- it complies with all laws and regulations in every country you target, including advertising, consumer-protection, data-protection, financial-promotion, gambling and age-verification rules;
- you hold every licence, registration or authorisation required to promote the product or service in the targeted territories (for example gambling, forex, crypto-asset or financial-services licences), and will provide evidence on request;
- you own or are licensed to use all content, trademarks and other intellectual property in your creatives and landing pages;
- it is not false, misleading or deceptive, and does not make unsubstantiated claims about earnings, health, safety or results;
- it complies with the advertising policies of any platform through which it is delivered, including Telegram, Meta and Google where relevant.
The Platform supports regulated and sensitive verticals (including gambling, forex, crypto-assets, dating and adult content) only where lawful in the targeted territory and only through formats designated for them. Even where otherwise permitted, you must not promote:
- anything illegal, or that facilitates illegal activity, in the targeted territory;
- malware, phishing, cloaking, auto-redirects, drive-by downloads, fake system warnings or deceptive user-interface practices;
- fraud, scams, pyramid or Ponzi schemes, counterfeit goods, or unlicensed financial, investment or medical products;
- content involving minors in any sexual context, non-consensual sexual content, or adult content targeted at or accessible to minors;
- hate speech, harassment, incitement to violence, terrorism or weapons;
- content that infringes third-party intellectual-property, privacy or publicity rights.
Where you attach tracking or postback URLs, you are responsible for ensuring your tracking complies with privacy law in the targeted territories, including any consent requirements.
7.Reporting and metrics
The Platform reports impressions, clicks, conversions and spend per campaign, per day and per event. Unless manifestly wrong, the Platform’s records are the system of record for billing between you and us.
Third-party trackers may report different numbers because of timing, attribution windows, filtering or technical differences. If you believe a report is materially inaccurate, tell us in writing within 7 days of the report date with supporting evidence; we will investigate in good faith and correct our records where we agree an error occurred. Reports not disputed within that window are deemed accepted.
We may adjust reported figures and balances to remove traffic we identify as invalid, fraudulent or non-compliant, before or after it is reported.
8.Fees and taxes
Campaign spend is the only charge for using the Platform unless we tell you otherwise in the Platform or in writing. We may introduce or change fees on reasonable notice; changes do not affect campaigns already launched.
All amounts are exclusive of taxes. You are responsible for any VAT, GST, sales, withholding or similar taxes arising from your use of the Services, and for your own tax reporting in relation to cryptocurrency transactions.
9.Intellectual property
We (and our licensors) own the Services, including the Website, the Platform, their design, software, data compilations, trademarks and logos. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the Platform for your own advertising during the term of your account. You must not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, scrape, resell or create derivative works from the Services, or use them to build a competing product.
You keep ownership of your creatives, landing pages and other content. You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, adapt, transmit and display that content as needed to deliver your campaigns, to display it to our partners and publishers, and to keep records as required by law.
You may not use our name, logo or trademarks without our prior written consent, except to state truthfully that you advertise through Volcano Ads.
10.Third-party platforms and links
Campaigns may be delivered through, or depend on, third-party networks, messaging platforms, publishers, blockchains, wallets and block explorers that we do not control. Their terms and policies apply to your use of them, and we are not responsible for their availability, conduct or content.
The Services may contain links to third-party sites. We do not endorse them and are not responsible for them.
11.Suspension and termination
You may close your account at any time by contacting support. Closing your account does not cancel campaigns already launched unless you pause them first, and any refund of unused balance is handled under section 4.
We may suspend or terminate your account, or restrict particular features, immediately where you breach these Terms, where we are required to by law or a partner, where we reasonably suspect fraud, money laundering, sanctions breaches or security risk, or where your campaigns are causing harm. We may also terminate for convenience on 30 days’ notice.
On termination your right to use the Platform ends. Sections that by their nature should survive (including funding, content responsibilities, intellectual property, disclaimers, liability, indemnity and governing law) continue to apply.
12.Disclaimers
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law we exclude all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure or free of harmful components.
We give no advice about the legality of your campaigns in any territory, about cryptocurrency, or about tax. You must take your own professional advice.
Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible and carry risk, including loss of funds sent to the wrong address or network, price volatility between sending and crediting, and the failure of third-party networks. You accept these risks.
13.Limitation of liability
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
Subject to that, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, business, goodwill, data or anticipated savings, however arising, even if advised of the possibility.
Subject to that, our total aggregate liability to you arising out of or in connection with the Services in any 12-month period is limited to the total amount you paid to us for campaign spend in the 3 months immediately before the event giving rise to the claim.
14.Indemnity
You will defend, indemnify and hold harmless TCI Holdings Group, its affiliates, officers, employees, partners and publishers from any claim, loss, liability, fine, cost or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your campaigns, creatives, landing pages, products or services, your breach of these Terms or of any law, or your infringement of any third-party right.
15.Changes to the Services and these Terms
We improve and change the Services continually and may add, change or withdraw features, formats, networks, supported tokens or pricing. We will try to give reasonable notice of changes that materially reduce the Services.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top shows when they last changed. For material changes we will notify you through the Platform or by email. Continuing to use the Services after a change means you accept the updated Terms; if you do not, stop using the Services and contact us about any unused balance.
16.General
- Governing law and courts: these Terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by [governing law, e.g. the laws of England and Wales], and the [courts of exclusive jurisdiction] have exclusive jurisdiction, except that we may seek injunctive relief in any jurisdiction to protect our intellectual property or the Services.
- Entire agreement: these Terms, the Privacy Policy and any pricing or policies shown in the Platform are the whole agreement between you and us about the Services and replace any earlier agreement.
- Assignment: you may not transfer your rights or obligations without our written consent. We may assign these Terms to an affiliate or a successor in business.
- Severability: if any provision is held unenforceable, the rest remains in effect and the provision is read down to the minimum extent needed.
- No waiver: our failure to enforce a right is not a waiver of it.
- Notices: we may notify you by email to the address on your account or through the Platform. You may notify us at the addresses in the next section.
- Language: these Terms are written in English; any translation is for convenience only.
